Rodolphe started his international hospitality career as Marketing Manager for The French Tourist Bureau in Australia and New Zealand and later became the General Manager Economy Hotels Accor Asia-Pacific. As a successful entrepreneur, Rodolphe co-founded Rest Inn Australia, a budget hotel chain concept that was sold to Accor Asia-Pacific in 2000 and later Leisure Inn Hotel sold to StayWell Hospitality Group in 2006.

Straight after finishing his academic studies, he joined Puget-Mahe Agents de Change in 1985 bought by Barclay’s Bank in 1990 and was first in charge to manage private equity portfolios for wealthy family and being also equity sales for big institutions in Europe.
In 1992, he joined the French State-owned Bank Caisse des Dépôts where he was in charge to sell equities to French and Foreign Institutions.Then his career led him to return to the private sector by joining the US Private Equity Firm Shoreline where he was involved in investing in IPOs worldwide.
After a long dedicated professional career in the very technical and structured world of the Finance Industry in its public and private formats, for the past 9 years, Gaël has re-oriented his time to identify todays and tomorrow’s green innovative tech companies who will play a major role in making our global village, our planet Earth, a better place to live!
By identifying those gems companies with a great growth potential, Gaël will lead the Equilibrium Advisory Group social responsibility and desires to offer its current and future clients a One-Stop-Shop approach to bringing the best bread of all the world best available solutions in decarbonizing the tourism and travel industry.
